NaNoWriMo 2009: Day 17

NaNoWriMo: National Novel Writing Month - aka 'write 50,000 words in 30 days' - aka 'ARGH AM I INSANE?'

Managed to write much more today than I did yesterday, thankfully. Made up the deficit from yesterday, and I'm back to being five days ahead of pace. Want to get to 50k by early next week, if I can.

NaNoWriMo: National Novel Writing Month - aka 'write 50,000 words in 30 days' - aka 'ARGH AM I INSANE?'

Odd - but brilliant - day today. Didn't get anything written at all at work in my normal '10 minute dash at lunch' slot as was busy writing a presentation all day. Came home, still didn't write anything until about 7pm. And then it all just... went. Highest daily word count of the month so far! And less than 10k to go!
