NaNoWriMo 2009: Day 02

Not actually insane yet, but come back and ask me again on the 30th! The rest of this week is a bit mad, so I do need to be ahead now!
Word counts are what is given in MS Word - for some reason if I used the 'word count verifier' on the NaNo site I get more!
